From the classroom to the boardroom, Tim’s spent his career helping marketers connect the dots between insight and impact.

With over three decades of experience spanning sales leadership, marketing strategy, and higher education, Tim brings a rare blend of strategic insight and practical expertise to every client engagement. As Senior Vice President of Sales at SG360°, Tim partners with brands across key sectors, including Retail, Financial Services, Insurance, Automotive, and Healthcare, to develop and execute data-informed direct marketing campaigns that convert.

Tim’s approach is rooted in helping clients uncover and activate customer insights that drive measurable performance. Whether guiding campaign design or leveraging analytics to inform optimization, he works closely with marketers to turn audience data into actionable growth strategies.

Before joining SG360°, Tim founded and led Creative Cognition Group, a consulting firm focused on building and enhancing sales and marketing infrastructures. His work ranged from product development and list strategy to sales enablement, content development, and go-to-market execution, empowering clients to market more effectively in a complex, evolving landscape.

An advocate for ongoing learning and industry advancement, Tim is a published author and sought-after presenter. He’s contributed thought leadership to publications including PIMA, Target Marketing, Insurance Advocate, and the Idea Alliance’s IPA Bulletin, where he explored how digital workflows and data-driven messaging improve campaign performance and ROI. He’s delivered keynote presentations for the Data & Marketing Association (DMA), the Direct Marketing Association of Washington, D.C., the Restaurant and Bar Association, and the Great Lakes Graphic Association, among others, always with a focus on making marketing more relevant, efficient, and customer-centric.

Tim holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a minor in English from St. John’s University and an MBA in Marketing from Benedictine University, where he also served as an adjunct professor in the marketing department. He currently teaches international marketing education courses with concentrations in Persona Development, Segmentation Strategy, Sales & Marketing Collaboration, and Storytelling for Engagement. Tim also serves on the Sales Leadership Council for the Printing Industry of America and is a Certified Sales Leader with the National Association of Sales Professionals.
